Requirements
  • Understanding of application development, database, and system integration principles; obtained through a bachelor's degree and/or experience in Information Technology areas with 5+ years of experience.
  • Strong background in IT operations, program management, and enterprise work management tools.
  • Deep understanding of ITIL, ITSM, COBIT, and other operational frameworks.
  • Expertise in change management, process engineering, and continuous improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma, Agile).
  • Proven leadership and communication skills with the ability to influence cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in tools such as MS Word, Excel, Visio, and platforms like Jira, Smartsheet, Planner, and Project.
  • Strategic mindset with the ability to manage multiple initiatives and drive measurable outcomes.
Responsibilities
  • Manage Delivery Operations Analysts, Program Operations staff, and support roles to ensure successful adoption of technical solutions and operational methodologies.
  • Implement and mature enterprise-wide processes and technologies that support work management and financial tracking.
  • Lead development and execution of key IT operational programs (e.g., Communications, Quality, Disaster Recovery, Business Continuity, ITSM, etc.).
  • Introduce and coach teams on new methodologies, integrating them into the Technology Operating Model to enhance performance and scalability.
  • Partner with Technology Service Advisors and business units to ensure seamless adoption of new processes and technologies.
  • Establish and maintain a repository of technology policies, standards, and procedures to support consistency and transparency.
  • Deliver portfolio-level reporting on program status, resources, financials, and risks to senior leadership, driving informed decision-making.
