Responsibilities

Structure, draft, review, analyze, negotiate, and interpret a wide range of complex commercial agreements
Partner closely with business teams to pair legal strategy to business strategy
Provide clear and practical legal advice to non-legal team members
Proactively identify and advise on novel, sophisticated issues
Draft deal memos for executive decisionmaking
Draft policies, procedures, and handbooks
Manage strategic relationships, including partners, counterparties, customers, etc
Manage and reduce outside counsel costs without compromising quality or relationshipsRespond to ad hoc requests from a variety of stakeholders

About the Role

We’re building the legal team at Flow and looking for a flexible, common sense Commercial Attorney to serve as a key partner to our business teams. You’ll be the first member of the commercial legal team and will handle agreements across Flow’s different entities. This is an exciting opportunity to join Flow in its early stages and help to shape the legal function going forward. As a key part of a growing legal team, you also may be called on to help in other areas as well, such as data privacy.

Responsibilities
