Responsibilities
- Delivering ROI results and achieving key metrics in sales goals by market across all channels
- Tracking and reporting on campaign results weekly to leadership and sales organization
- Managing payments on a weekly basis to all advocates and sales referrals in partnership with Accounting
- Manage customer service requests and inquiries to troubleshoot payments or advocate profile needs
- Develop new campaigns to drive referrals from new audiences (PosiGen employees, customers, RES and app advocates) using different media channels and plan for budgets to execute
- Ensure brand Visual Identity and guidelines are followed within all creative and communications
- Overseeing the development of both print and digital marketing assets (advertisements, sales sheets, emails, etc.)
- Managing third-party vendor relationships, Get The Referral contracted partnership
- Reporting campaigns KPIs to internal stakeholders to deliver on lower Customer Acquisition Cost and drive higher conversion performance from the referral programs
