  • Partner with the Strategic Initiatives team to execute against new client partnership deals
  • Meet with clients to ensure transparency regarding Service Operations health using KPIs to lead meaningful discussions
  • Collaborate with Oscar's Eligibility, Enrollment, Billing, Member Services, Broker Support, and Complaints, Grievance and Appeals teams to resolve complex issues
  • Manage outbound and email communications for important client points of contact
  • Manage escalations related to your assigned clients on trending issues to meet required service level agreements
  • Report out on key performance indicators for assigned clients
  • Audit and update workflows relating to scope of work with the ability to identify trending issues and lead improvements
Desired Qualifications
  • Healthcare experience or broker license
  • Previous B2B client relations experience
  • Experience using platforms such as Salesforce, Jira and G Suite
