- 3+ years of customer support/service experience
- 1+ years of healthcare related experience
- Experience handling complex B2B client escalations and working to resolve promptly
- Experience using database tools such as Jira, periscope, tableau, or excel
- Gain an understanding and maintain a mastery of +Oscar plans, benefits, and networks with the ability to educate others on our products across +Oscar markets
- Partner with the Strategic Initiatives team to execute against new client partnership deals
- Meet with clients to ensure transparency regarding Service Operations health using KPIs to lead meaningful discussions
- Collaborate with Oscar's Eligibility, Enrollment, Billing, Member Services, Broker Support, and Complaints, Grievance and Appeals teams to resolve complex issues
- Manage outbound and email communications for important client points of contact
- Manage escalations related to your assigned clients on trending issues to meet required service level agreements
- Report out on key performance indicators for assigned clients
- Audit and update workflows relating to scope of work with the ability to identify trending issues and lead improvements
- Healthcare experience or broker license
- Previous B2B client relations experience
- Experience using platforms such as Salesforce, Jira and G Suite
