Requirements
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities
  • Assist in developing Power BI dashboards that visualize operational and performance data.
  • Analyze departmental data to identify inefficiencies, gaps, and improvement opportunities.
  • Prepare and present data findings to management in a clear and actionable format.
  • Support the creation of automated workflows using Power Automate to streamline daily processes.
  • Help maintain and enhance SharePoint sites for improved information organization and accessibility.
  • Collaborate with analysts, engineers, and management teams on ongoing operational projects.
  • Document workflows, data procedures, and project updates for internal use and reporting.
  • Perform routine data quality checks to ensure the accuracy, consistency, and reliability of reports.
  • Develop interactive Power BI dashboards by pulling and transforming operational data, uncovering performance patterns, and delivering insights that support data-driven decision-making.
  • Conduct detailed reviews of departmental workflows and metrics, identify performance gaps or inefficiencies, and present findings to management to help improve departmental output.
  • Design and build automated processes using Power Automate and SharePoint, creating tools and integrations that reduce manual work, streamline information flow, and support team productivity.
