Requirements
  • 8+ years of professional experience in a similar position, supporting similar responsibilities
  • Professional experience with a proven record of technology and/or business management consulting in an energy-related field such as oil and gas, pipeline, or renewables
  • Ability to evaluate and translate a customer’s business goals, objectives, and strategies into technical plans and solutions

Responsibilities
  • Advise customers on innovative solutions using Esri technology to assist customers in making informed decisions and solve business problems. Recommend relevant strategies, architectures, solutions, and work with customers to prepare and implement them.
  • Build relationships and promote a sense of community among our customers. Be familiar with our users' overall mission and operations, including knowledge of common goals and initiatives, procurement cycles, and business processes.
  • Discover the value of location within customer workflows and drive substantial return on their investment in the Esri platform and services by creating outstanding proposals and winning work with strategic customers.
  • Drive business development by defining and proposing strategies that further technology and implementation patterns with new and existing customers. Collaborate with Esri’s practice managers and marketing and sales teams to develop new business. Actively shape the future of Esri's industry practices through your work on cutting-edge engagements and technology trends such as real-time and big data analytics, analytics, generative AI, 3D, and digital twin.
  • Use your consulting and project management skills to build and lead cross-functional teams during all implementation phases, including requirements, analysis, design, build/configuration, and deployment. Manage and communicate scope, schedule, and budget to deliver meaningful solutions for our customers and strategic partners.
