Requirements
  • A bachelor's degree or equivalent education and experience.
  • At least five years of managerial and administration experience.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and time management skills.
Responsibilities
  • Provide leadership direction and coordination for prospective student services and undergraduate and PharmD recruitment in the College of Pharmacy.
  • Develop and implement recruitment goals and strategies for first-year, transfer, transition, and campus-change students in the BSPS and PharmD programs.
  • Collaborate with senior leaders to formulate and implement a strategic enrollment plan.
  • Lead the enhancement and implementation of short- and long-term outreach and recruitment programs and activities.
  • Represent the College of Pharmacy as liaison to the Office of Undergraduate Admissions and the Office of Graduate and Professional Admissions.
  • Develop market leads and coordinate on- and off-campus visits, events, and recruitment programs.
  • Serve as the primary resource for information and respond to inquiries regarding admissions policies and procedures.
  • Coordinate recruitment and outreach efforts with regional campuses and develop relationships with community colleges and other undergraduate institutions.
  • Assist with pre-college outreach programming.
  • Participate in and represent the College of Pharmacy at university recruitment events.
  • Provide data and produce reports related to recruitment yield and admissions.
  • Collaborate with the Office of Marketing and Communications on promotional materials and marketing, advertising, display, campaign, and promotional programs using print, digital media, websites, and social media.
  • Develop and oversee the budget related to the role's responsibilities.
  • Assist in developing and implementing strategies to use scholarship awards to support recruitment priorities.
  • Maintain the College of Pharmacy Student Ambassador Team program, including selection, orientation, training, and development.
  • Supervise and oversee the prospective student services team consisting of two Recruiting Specialists and Student Ambassador Coordinators.
  • Serve as an advisor to or member of college and student-related committees and participate in student affairs activities.
  • Attend university and regional meetings, professional conferences, and professional development workshops.
  • Contribute to programs and services of the College of Pharmacy Student Success Office.
  • Manage student enrollment services, including oversight of the First-Generation Specialist and College Registrar.
  • Oversee support for financial aid and services for new and returning undergraduate and professional students.
  • Oversee first-generation student programming, scholarship awarding, and class registration.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
