  • Minimum Bachelor's degree (BA or BS) with 0+ years of experience
  • Familiarity with molecular and cellular immunology concepts and techniques
  • Familiarity with T cell biology is preferred
  • Working knowledge of in vitro cell-based assays
  • Proficiency in flow cytometry and flow analysis is advantageous
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Assist with potency assay development for early- and late-stage development programs, development of fit-for-purpose biological characterization assays, qualification and assay training and transfer to internal and external QC labs
  • Troubleshoot and have strong problem-solving skills
  • Responsible for detailed record keeping. Ability to follow and understand SOPs as well as write SOPs when needed
  • Regularly present data during team meetings and to other collaborators as needed
  • Ability to multitask, work well with others
  • Demonstrate ability to learn new methods and analyze experimental results with minimum supervision
