About the Opportunity
WeWork’s Global Paid Events & Brand Partnerships Team is dedicated to productizing and monetizing space for paid events, as well as identifying and seamlessly integrating partner brands into our member experience to drive substantial and scalable revenue.
As the Global Lead, Business Services you will play a key role in product management, oversee omnichannel partnerships, and contribute to special projects. Your responsibilities will extend to maintaining impeccable organization across documents, systems, and communication channels within the larger team. This role will serve as the primary liaison after contract execution between the local community teams, client, and corporate, ensuring seamless execution of Paid Event and Paid Partnership programs and maintaining effective communication channels among all stakeholders both in the US & Canada and Internationally.
In this role, you’ll
Support internal teams to align on delivery needs throughout the sales cycle.
Oversee end-to-end delivery of contractual obligations in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
Maintain up-to-date data associated with building, space, amenity inventory, etc.
Identify suitable buildings, amenities, and operational processes for partnership and event execution, aligning client needs with member experience.
Drive product improvements and operational plans.
Assist 3rd Party event, advertising and brand sampling partners with their reporting needs.
Foster strong relationships with cross-functional teams, ensuring seamless delivery.
Engage directly with key client stakeholders during the delivery lifecycle.
Coordinate 3rd Party vendors for asset deliverables and onsite execution.
Maintain comprehensive reporting for alignment of relevant stakeholders.
Take ownership of the department’s Google Drive, ensuring impeccable organization and updates.
Organize 3rd Party reports, department leads lists, Monday.com boards, financial projections, and more for the team.
Contribute to special projects as needed, overseeing pilot programs, sourcing new 3rd party service providers/vendors, etc.
Assist in assembling, communicating and implementing best practices among Global territories in an effort to streamline business processes.
About You:
2+ years of experience in Project Management, Product Management, Revenue Generating Event Venue Rentals, Partnerships, or Operations.
Proven experience collaborating with cross-functional teams for successful project delivery.
Meticulous about data management and skilled in handling large, global data sets and identifying and correcting data errors.
Proficient in CRM systems, project management tools, and GSuite products (Google Slides, Docs, Sheets).
Highly organized, accountable, entrepreneurial, with excellent attention to detail.
Proactive problem-solver comfortable leading implementations.
Fast learner capable of adapting to a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Adept at navigating ambiguity and comfortable operating in the gray areas of complex scenarios.
Ability to multitask and manage multiple points of contact effectively.
Compensation & Benefits
Base Pay: $71,250 - $95,000 USD
Incentive Compensation: WeWork employees are eligible to participate in an incentive plan specific to their role. Your recruiter will detail what incentive plan is applicable to this specific role. WeWork incentive plans are subject to the terms of the applicable incentive compensation plan, which will be made available to you after commencing employment. WeWork reserves the right to amend its incentive plans, and nothing in this job requisition or any other document creates a right to a specific incentive plan payment.
