Program Overview:
Lexington’s Summer Intern Program is intended to attract undergraduate and graduate college students who are studying Finance, Business Operations, Supply Chain, or similar disciplines. You will be given the opportunity to meaningfully contribute to the progress of Lexington and its products, while gaining business acumen and real-world experience which will better prepare you to continue to make impactful contributions throughout your career.
Education: Must be a rising junior or senior undergraduate student attending an accredited university majoring in Finance, Business Operations, Supply Chain, or similar disciplines.
Location: Bedford, Massachusetts
Responsibilities:
- Assist in collecting, analyzing, and interpreting datasets to uncover key business insights.
- Analyze sales data and provide inputs for sales and operations planning
- Identify opportunities for business process improvement by analyzing current workflows and suggesting enhancements.
- Work closely with team members to implement and monitor business process changes.
- Document business processes, requirements, and standard operating procedures.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including finance, marketing, and operations, to understand business needs and requirements.
- Perform cost optimization analyses to reduce spend
- Support ERP system enhancements to improve efficiency, accuracy, and functionality
- Develop insightful dashboards and reports which will be utilized by the executive leadership team
