Requirements
  • A bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • Seven years of experience architecting, developing, or maintaining secure cloud solutions.
  • Experience with system design or reading code, including Java, C++, or Python.
  • Experience with security operations product offerings such as security information and event management and security orchestration, automation, and response, plus the broader cybersecurity vendor space.
  • Fluent English and Spanish communication skills to engage with local stakeholders.
Responsibilities
  • Manage a portfolio of Tier 1 global accounts through onboarding and post-onboarding, serving as a trusted advisor to customer executives, driving SaaS value realization, and navigating critical client escalations.
  • Lead detection engineering initiatives and design advanced security orchestration, automation, and response workflows to transition clients from manual processes to scalable, automated response playbooks.
  • Architect comprehensive multi-cloud ingestion plans, including Google Cloud Platform, to ensure unified threat visibility and reduce customer security risk.
  • Guide clients in adopting security capabilities, including generative artificial intelligence and agentic security operations center workflows, to modernize their security posture.
  • Maintain technical expertise through enablement on Google Security Operations, Google Threat Intelligence, Chrome Enterprise Premium, cloud security posture management tooling, and Google Cloud Platform architecture.
  • Lead strategic enterprise clients across North America and Latin America through modern security transformations.
  • Partner with security leaders to accelerate adoption and drive strategic defense initiatives.
  • Leverage generative artificial intelligence and advanced automation to streamline threat detection, investigation, and response.
Desired Qualifications
  • Experience in security operations, security architecture, or security engineering.
  • Experience implementing and providing ongoing oversight for security information and event management and security orchestration, automation, and response deployments.
  • Familiarity with artificial-intelligence-assisted tools, including prompt-based threat hunting, automated query translation, natural-language investigation, or agentic artificial intelligence.
  • Foundational understanding of cloud computing technologies.
  • A proven track record of meeting or exceeding client deliverables and expectations.
  • Strong client leadership, communication, and people-management skills.
