  • Degree in engineering or a related technical field.
  • Background in production or manufacturing, ideally in roles such as Process Engineer, Department Manager, or Production Leader.
  • Familiarity with Early Equipment Management (EEM), basic Power BI usage, SAP, and experience with FMEA and Capex input preparation.
  • Strong communication, stakeholder management, supplier collaboration, and leadership skills; self-driven, proactive, and improvement-oriented.
  • Willingness to travel up to 30–40% depending on project needs and location; limited travel for Hoogezand-based roles.
  • Fluent in English - All Applicants are requested to deliver their CV in English language; additional local language skills area plus depending on the location.
Responsibilities
  • Be technology responsible in development projects from planning to start-up, collaborating with R&D, Innovation Teams, and suppliers.
  • Ensure manufacturability and technology possibilities are considered throughout all development stages.
  • Steer external suppliers in assigned projects and drive supplier development, including technical capabilities.
  • Identify, mitigate, and eliminate risks during development using tools such as FMEA.
  • Set up Technology Requirement Specifications, define acceptance criteria, and lead production system validations.
  • Maximize asset use through effective Life Cycle Platform Management, aligned with safety and sustainability commitments.
  • Lead, coach, and train Technology Area Engineers and other project team members.

Essity today held the Annual General Meeting at Stockholm Waterfront Congress Centre, Sweden.STOCKHOLM, March 27, 2025 /PRNewswire/ -- The Meeting approved the Parent Company income statement and balance sheet and the consolidated income statement and consolidated balance sheet for 2024.The meeting resolved on a dividend for the financial year 2024 of SEK 8.25 per share. Record date for the dividend is set to Monday, March 31, 2025. The dividend is expected to be distributed by Euroclear Sweden AB on Thursday, April 3, 2025.The Meeting resolved that the remuneration to each director elected by the Annual General Meeting who is not employed by the company shall amount to SEK 960,000 and the Chairman of the Board of Directors is to receive SEK 2,880,000.
