Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in a technical field such as computer science, computer engineering or related field
  • Minimum of 7 years of related experience as a business analyst, data analyst, or implementation manager
  • Experience writing Use Cases, functional and non-functional requirements to document
  • Experience collaborating with a multi-disciplinary team to translate user and technical requirements
  • Knowledge and experience with product management methodologies, principles and processes
  • Experienced in change management and risk management principles and processes
  • Experience using data to make decisions and gathering data insights
  • Experience in using tools like Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Visio, Microsoft PowerBi
  • Experience in writing SQL queries and relational databases like SQL Server, Oracle, Postgress
  • Knowledge of some programming languages like Python, R, SAS is desirable
  • Strong understanding of technical concepts and legacy systems
  • Knowledge of user experience design and user research principles and concepts
  • Ability to communicate and articulate problems and resolutions to technical and non-technical teams
  • Outstanding interpersonal and teamwork skills
  • Experience working in a virtual environment with remote partners and teams
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Responsibilities
  • Lead or participate in requirements gathering/JAD sessions
  • Define and document requirements and use cases
  • Identify and compile business requirements and translate them into detailed functional specifications
  • Evaluate systems design elements, wireframes, and data migration rules
  • Develop improvement strategies to meet business needs and develop business process modelling procedures
  • Interpret key business data sets and support business intelligence strategies
  • Develop comprehensive test cases at the application and multi-application levels
  • Conduct and direct end-user testing responsibilities
  • Facilitate business/functional requirement review and approval sessions
  • Document business practices and workflows, identify opportunities for improvement
  • Prioritize initiatives based on business needs and requirements
  • Effectively communicate insights and plans to cross-functional team members and management
  • Ensure solutions meet business needs and requirements
  • Monitor service level agreements
