🍊Our mission
All new medicines need to undergo clinical trials to show they’re safe and effective. But today’s clinical trial infrastructure is stuck in the past, and the cost of developing new medicines has skyrocketed as a result. Patients have to wait longer and pay more for new treatments.
Our mission is to fix this; we use software to help innovative companies run faster, more reliable, and patient-friendly clinical trials. We’re still a young company, but we’ve already had a big impact. Since founding the company in March 2021 we’ve helped run over 80 clinical trials involving tens of thousands of patients, with a customer NPS of 100.
We recently raised a $18m Series A round from some great investors including Creandum, Peter Thiel and Firstminute to power the next stage of our growth.
Role based either in London, UK or US.
We’re looking for a VP of Solutions to help own Lindus Health’s solutions and proposals organisation, with overall accountability for customer conversion in the pipeline and bookings.

🍊About you
Experience in a senior proposals, or commercial role at a life sciences focused company, developing complex proposals for large deal values in what is a relatively consultative sale
Ideally experience in a commercial role in a startup that scaled quickly to a commercial team size of >30
Track record of managing and individuals to meet and exceed commercial targets
A firm understanding of clinical trials (e.g., biotechs, biopharma, digital health, diagnostics, etc.) and how to build robust solutions around executing these studies.
Deep understanding of industry needs around clinical trials and what resonates with potential customers that can close deals
An interest in how technology can be used to reimagine the way clinical trials are conducted

Ownership and accountability for the business hitting its booking targets
The solutions team are responsible for putting together all proposals for potential customers, figuring out the best way to deliver a customer’s trial as fast and effectively as possible, and communicating this clearly
Shape Lindus Health’s commercial and product strategy, feeding back insights gleaned from speaking to potential customers
Hire, mentor and directly manage the solutions team (currently 3 FTEs)
Be the owner over key proposals for high priority prospects
