  • Strong knowledge of Salesforce and related applications (Salesforce Admin certification preferred)
  • Strong knowledge of Marketing-related applications (Marketing Automation, Gifting, Lead Gen applications)
  • Experience with Jira or similar project management software
  • Proven project management, organization, and communication skills with ability to support productive matrixed teams and working relationships with internal stakeholders
  • Track record of business process innovation and improvements
  • Ability to understand high-level sales strategies, translate them into system and process requirements, and ensure local execution and business impact
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Ability to drive multiple initiatives at one time, adapt to evolving priorities, and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong collaboration and interpersonal skills. You have a track record of effectively working with a variety of key players across the organization, such as product, engineering, sales, marketing, analytics, and finance
  • Advanced knowledge of Google Suite products and/or MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
  • Easily builds rapport and establishes relationships with customers and colleagues
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience required
  • Preferred working experience with Pardot, Xactly, Outreach, Gong, HighSpot, Pardot, ZoomInfo, Gainsight, or similar applications
  • 3+ years of project management experience, preferred
  • 3+ years experience supporting sales teams of 100+/multi-channel sales teams
  • 3+ year of experience in company with SAAS and/or digital advertising business models
  • Salesforce experience required. Certifications a plus
  • PMP, Project Management, or Six Sigma certifications a plus
  • Roll up her/his sleeves, personally partner on projects and systems initiatives, execute tasks, and problem solve at a detailed level
  • Be a “builder” adept at identifying areas of opportunity and skilled at navigating nebulous processes where minimal structure exists
  • Bring clear strategic thinking and excellent problem-solving skills to a range of challenging sales systems and tools business questions
  • Identify opportunities, develop strategies, and design the execution of projects and programs to increase productivity and improve operational efficiency with systems and tools
  • Play leading role in upcoming systems initiatives related to marketing (Pardot, etc.)
  • Play key role in defining data strategy helping to structure data for future business needs and growth
  • Partner with stakeholders to drive and increase user adoption ensuring user satisfaction and effectiveness on key platforms including gathering feedback for enablement, developing documentation, and delivering end-user training
  • Analyze data and perform root cause analyses to determine optimal solutions to problems and inefficiencies
  • Hold stakeholders and project team members accountable throughout the lifecycle of projects
  • Partner closely with Operations, Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success to drive initiatives from inception to completion
