Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent education and experience
  • Minimum of three years of life insurance industry experience in an operational and/or technology role
  • Experience with life or preneed industry standard operational technology
  • Demonstrated technical aptitude working with current insurance technology solutions (web applications, APIs, insurance administrative platforms)
  • Strong knowledge of the business and operational workflows related to insurance products
  • Ability to work independently as well in a close team environment as both leader and collaborator
  • Strong level of adaptability, work ethic and high level of personal integrity and accountability
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio)
  • Advanced problem solving skills and creative thinking
  • 10% offsite travel may be necessary
Responsibilities
  • Drive development of industry standard distribution automation solutions across Global Atlantic’s Preneed platforms
  • Provide expertise and strategic solutions to operations partners in preneed line of business
  • Partner with technology to define and implement standardized automation capabilities
  • Provide subject matter expertise on B2B supported services for internal partners and project teams – presenting capabilities, assessing impacts, and strategic recommendations
  • Manage and resolve support requests in partnership with operations, sales and external partners
  • Relationship Management - develop partnerships with key distributor back-office contacts
