Responsibilities
  • Be a critical member of EMEA Global Banking & Markets Public Crisis Management team. This includes notifying users during time of crisis, advocating for your users and assisting with business recovery.
  • Drive efforts around education, awareness and adoption of the Operational Resilience and Risk program within the Global Banking and Markets Division.
  • Ensure Completeness and Certification of all Business Continuity Plans for the Region.
  • Ensure all Assurance Tests are completed annually.
  • Orchestrate divisional assurance activities (tabletop exercises, simulations, drills, training, etc.), drive results to completion and maintain test documentation in accordance with regulatory requirements.
  • Ensure adherence to Operational Resilience Guidelines published by regional regulators.
  • Day to day task/project management and contributing to projects designed to introduce/improve processes and tools to enhance the firm’s risk management and recovery capabilities.
  • Partner with Operational Risk, Internal Audit, and other Risk Partners to ensure regulatory requirements are being met and comply with the firm’s resiliency strategy.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to business divisions for business resilience, providing appropriate guidance, business simulations and training on tools and risk mitigation strategies.
Desired Qualifications
  • Knowledge on tools used to manage risk metrics and measurements, Tableau, Ignite Pad, Alteryx, design dashboard, data manipulation, etc.
  • Exposure to IT Resilience, Tech Risk, Cyber Security principles would be an added advantage.
  • Experience in managing Business Continuity Plans, and conducting assurances testing.
