  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field (or equivalent degree).
  • 5+ years proven experience working within a media company, advertising agency, or brand.
  • Knowledge of the fashion, beauty, and home media landscape.
  • Experience leading internal brainstorms, creating presale client proposals, incorporating data/insights, creative storytelling and developing strategic packaging that will meet key KPIs.
  • Creative mindset with the ability to develop innovative concepts.
  • Client facing pitch experience.
  • Solid experience in MS Office/Google Suite including spreadsheets and pitch decks/presentations.
  • Ability to manage direct working relationships with sales and clients.
Responsibilities
  • As the Integrated Marketing Manager, you will be an important marketer for the fashion, beauty, and home departments, leading strategy for net new business, while meeting the demands of category-specific RFP proposals in collaboration with sales and creative counterparts.
  • Client knowledge within the fashion, beauty and home categories will be crucial to effectively partner with sales and clients.
  • You will help develop go-to-market materials and pricing to allow Future to win in the fashion, beauty and home markets.
