Requirements
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and manage relationships with clients.
  • ACAS or FCAS credentials, or similar qualifications, with 10 or more years of consulting experience focused on Property and Casualty clients, including self-insureds, captives, and reinsurers.
  • Ability to prioritize and handle multiple projects in a fast-paced work environment.
  • Ability to build strong relationships with clients, colleagues, and industry stakeholders.
  • Ability to foster a culture of inclusiveness, innovation, and continuous improvement within the practice and across the broader organization.
  • Willingness to travel as needed to support client engagements and business development activities.
  • Ability to develop client-oriented solutions.

Responsibilities
  • Own the business development plan and revenue target for the Property and Casualty region, focusing on large-account pursuits.
  • Supervise business development collaboration with senior managers and Principals, while maintaining knowledge of business-development engagements across the Property and Casualty practice, including the pipeline, marketing content, and expertise.
  • Create and deliver content for monthly regional updates of business development activity, keeping business leaders informed.
  • Identify and encourage the development of subject-matter experts in their chosen fields.
  • Review and validate client deliverables to ensure technical accuracy and integrity across analyses, templates, and exhibits.
  • Mentor junior staff and foster their career growth and professional advancement.
  • Prepare and deliver high-quality exhibits and written reports to present findings and recommendations to clients.
  • Strengthen client relationships and drive business development activities, including guiding the preparation of proposals and presentations for prospective clients.
  • Manage actuarial projects including loss reserving, pricing and ratemaking, predictive modeling, economic capital modeling, and loyalty rewards programs.
