Key Responsibilities
As Paid Social Manager, you will have responsibility for:
Strategic Social Marketing
- Hands-on campaign management across major Social platforms such as Meta, Snapchat Tik Tok and Pinterest.
- Forecasting and strategic planning of Social activity to hit campaign objectives.
- Support AD in the development of a clear roadmap to drive client engagement and growth plans aligned to client priorities.
- Reporting and insights into campaign performance and optimization.
- Contribute to developing new products and working methods that improve Social results.
- Help educate the clients on Social media strategies and tactics; engage clients in digital communications by demonstrating their direct response, creative and brand-building abilities.
- Participate in and learn about social marketing and its impact on our clients.
- Keep up to date with and lead the testing of new Social products.
- Identify areas for operational efficiencies and improve processes.
- Proactively identifying measurement opportunities and developing client Test and Learn frameworks .
- Ensure team deadlines are met 100% of the time.
LEASDERSHIP & MANAGEMENT
- Lead the day-to-day client relationship, campaign or project development and execution.
- Ensure that all client campaigns follow the internal Social process.
- Provide consistent and practical support to Account Directors / Senior Account Managers and Business Performance Directors.
- Prepare and lead performance review presentations.
- Lead development of regular results analysis & reporting, recommendations and presentations.
- Lead meetings and discussions directly with the team or client.
- Work to understand your client’s pressures and internal demands to ensure Kinesso Media provides the proper response at the right time in the appropriate manner.
- Build an understanding of the client’s business and digital marketing objectives, and develop strategies to help meet those objectives.
- Effectively set and manage client expectations.
- Understand individual client needs (on specific projects and beyond) so you can help them be successful in their roles and with their bosses; ensure clients have the necessary information and materials they need to do their jobs well.
- Ensure all media schedules, forecasts and recommendations are fit for the client and easy to access.
- Provide counsel to clients’ marketing issues and opportunities, engaging the Account Director as appropriate.
PEOPLE MANAGEMENT
- Actively nurture the goal of making Kinesso Media an enjoyable place for staff and clients to engage with.
- Delegate the appropriate tasks and the appropriate amount of functions to ensure an acceptable workload.
- Keep Business Performance Director informed of Account Analyst development and performance.
- Identify opportunities for Account Analysts to take ownership of tasks or projects to develop and grow.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with your key client stakeholders becoming a trusted partner
Desired Skills & Experience:
Skills:
- Needs to have Paid social marketing experience, responsible for planning and managing campaigns across major Social platforms such as Meta, Snapchat Tik Tok and Pinterest.
- 100% required certification and accreditation.
- Experience managing large budgets and delivering solid results across multiple markets and product types for a large retail brand.
- Have experience with e-commerce performance and brand campaigns using major Social platforms such as Meta, Snapchat Tik Tok and Pinterest.
- Be a trusted, knowledgeable source of information and developments in Paid Social marketing.
- Be able to communicate effectively at all levels, both up and down.
- Strong client-facing skills: understanding client needs, maintaining relationships, and building partnerships.
- Able to work in high press, high-pressure and resolve client issues.
- Analytical, yet operate strategically, with an understanding of the ‘big picture.’
- ‘Hands-on’ approach to operations: Plans, assigns and directs work, time, material, people.
- Proactive working attitude towards the team and client.
