  • At least 3-5 years of previous experience in enablement or training at a high growth startup.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Familiarity with content creation and adult learning best practices
  • Ability to adapt to changes and manage multiple priorities in a dynamic and fast-paced setting
Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with the Director of Sales Enablement to build and execute a world-class onboarding program and sales training curriculum
  • Lead and guide sales employees through onboarding experience
  • Develop and deliver engaging training sessions using diverse formats and platforms
  • Create and maintain training materials such as playbooks, presentations, guides, videos and e-learning
  • Assist with periodic enablement events
  • Work closely with sales leadership, HR, product, marketing, and other departments to align onboarding processes with company's goals and values
  • Stay updated on industry best practices and new sales methodologies
  • Analyze sales performance metrics and feedback to identify areas for refinement within the onboarding and training processes
