Requirements
  • 3–7 years of hands-on paid media experience, ideally at a B2C, fintech, or Direct-to-Consumer company
  • Track record of personally managing meaningful paid budgets and a clear sense of what breaks at scale
  • Fluent in Google Ads (Search, Performance Max, YouTube, Demand Gen) and Meta, able to navigate, structure, and rebuild accounts independently
  • Funnel-first thinking; understanding how upstream decisions affect lead quality, consult rates, and downstream conversion
  • Strong analytical skills; proficiency with pivot tables and lookups, ability to derive insights from messy data
  • Operational discipline; ability to launch carefully, document well, and prevent slippage
  • Strong communicator who works well across creative, engineering, and product
Responsibilities
  • Own day-to-day execution across Google Ads and Meta including pacing, bidding, audiences, creative, experiments, and translate results into a weekly story for the team
  • Manage campaigns end-to-end across Google Ads (Search, Performance Max, YouTube, Demand Gen) and Meta and be the person who knows what is running, why, and how it’s performing
  • Build and run a structured testing roadmap across creative, landing pages, audiences, and bidding; communicate and implement a steady cadence of experiments
  • Analyze large datasets to generate insights that inform campaign decisions and broader growth strategy
  • Own weekly performance reporting used by the broader team to decide on budget, channel mix, and creative direction
  • Monitor platform updates, industry trends, and competitive activity to identify new opportunities
Desired Qualifications
  • Fintech, wealth management, or lead-gen experience
  • SQL, Google Analytics 4, BigQuery, or Metabase; ability to self-serve
  • Landing page testing and conversion rate optimization experience, especially devising and implementing A/B testing
  • Familiarity with Salesforce or comparable Customer Relationship Management systems
