Requirements
  • Three or more years of experience working with an in-house legal team or within a legal firm
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent
  • Experience reviewing and understanding legal documents and contracts (MSA, NDA, amendments, etc.)
  • Demonstrable experience supporting processes that create efficiency within a legal team in a fast-scaling business
  • Understanding of the tools used by in-house commercial legal teams to facilitate the contracting process for revenue, including tools used for contract generation and routing (e.g., SFDC, CPQ, and CLM), and signatures (e.g., DocuSign)
Responsibilities
  • You will be responsible for the contracts' renewal process including the review and processing of agreements and amendments
  • You will participate in NDA reviews
  • You will provide general support to your legal colleagues negotiating contracts, including assisting with the gathering of internal approvals and helping to obtain signatures
  • You will be responsible for keeping Legal repositories/systems accurate and up-to-date
  • You will operate in a self-directed manner and work closely with your team to prioritize matters while working through quarterly sales cycles
