  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field preferred
  • Valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and a vehicle in good working order

Responsibilities
  • Conduct market assessments and develop a comprehensive marketing plan
  • Employ marketing and promotional initiatives to achieve budgetary volume projections
  • Establish and maintain positive working relationships with current and potential referral and payor sources
  • Build and monitor community, customer, payor, and patient perceptions of the company as a high-quality provider of services
  • Provide leadership in strategic planning including identifying opportunities for additional or improved services to address customer needs
  • Maintain comprehensive working knowledge of Home Health markets including government agencies, major payor groups, key referral sources, and competitor’s market positioning
  • Maintain a CRM system
