  • 2+ years of experience in an operations, consulting, or finance role, ideally in a startup environment
  • Advanced Excel skills (you're comfortable with advanced functions, pivots, vlookups, etc.!)
  • Proficiency in CRM reporting (Hubspot, SFDC, or Dynamics) and SQL experience is an asset

Responsibilities
  • You'll develop a deep understanding of the underlying data architecture supporting sales (HubSpot, Metabase, etc.), and how to use it to report on sales performance in your first month
  • You'll review our current GTM metrics and identify any potential gaps in our measurements or ways we can improve our methodology. Where you see an opportunity, you'll define, implement, and own the evaluation of a new or improved metric to surface insights that inform our actions
  • You'll own the preparation of materials for our cross-functional pipeline council, and participate in discussion based on insights, risks, and opportunities you've surfaced
  • You'll analyze our funnel dynamics and present your top three recommendations that will drive performance improvements, and an action plan to implement in H2
Desired Qualifications
  • An understanding of SaaS business models; experience in a sales or CS role is a bonus
  • Experience in or understanding of the life sciences space is a plus
