Responsibilities
  • Manages all aspects of complex enterprise-grade SaaS product deployments.

  • Ability to effectively manage and handle multiple congruent/ simultaneous projects at the same time.

  • Communicate and deliver test plans and training to appropriate internal and external stakeholders.
  • Conduct foundational training for customers in a remote or in-person capacity.
  • Oversees program-level change management activities in conjunction with client partners and internal stakeholders.
  • Participates in the definition of program scope and objectives through research and fact finding.
  • Join Forces with the Product and Engineering team to ensure national and state standards are accurately defined.
  • Operates with a sense of urgency, accuracy, and detail-orientation, while maintaining consistent lines of communication with all teams involved in each project.
