Responsibilities
- Leads solution designs, presentations, and demonstrations to prospects and customers
- Works closely with various teams including Sales, Product Management, Marketing, Customer Success, Services, Solution Architects, Competitive Intelligence, and other content contributors
- Proactively scopes the solution required to address customer requirements and recommends solutions that optimize value for both the customer and Diligent
- Contextualizes the value of solutions to clients through value-driven presentations and demonstrations
- Coordinates closely with internal sales, sales support, and service resources to align solution design with customers’ business requirements
- Secures input from all necessary solution stakeholders within Diligent and the prospect
- Owns and completes product and information security responses for RFPs/RFIs
- Meets assigned targets for sales growth in assigned product lines, market areas, channel, or other teams supported
- Acts as a Diligent ambassador attending events and tradeshows representing Diligent
- Provides coaching and professional development to team members and sales colleagues to enhance their product knowledge, technical acumen, and technical sales skills
