Responsibilities
- Drive sales strategy and manage complex sales cycles
- Meet and build relationships with senior executives and health plan leaders
- Establish and maintain Broker, Consultant, and TPA relationships
- Deliver presentations to educate prospects on solutions
- Follow-up on prospect meetings and negotiate with prospects
- Facilitate client transition post-sale
- Provide marketplace intelligence
- Assist in sales training activities
- Participate in community, business, and industry organizations
