Requirements

B.A. or B.S. from an accredited college or university
2-4 Years' experience in accounting preferred
In-depth knowledge in the use of Microsoft Excel
Self-motivated and highly driven personality
Second-to-none work ethic
Ability to work collaboratively with people at all levels of the organization, juggle multiple priorities, and drive towards action

Responsibilities

Manage corporate credit card payments
Review and obtain invoices, credit card receipts and requisitions for satisfactory payment approval
Assist with audit prep
Prepare periodic reports, reconciliations and other records as part of the month end and annual close process
Perform bank and credit card reconciliations
Track company spend to ensure transactions are within policy and budget
Implement best practices and procedures around the internal control framework and accounting workflow, identify improvements to automate existing processes
Assist with payroll and other payments
Any other projects as necessary

Desired Qualifications

Auditing Experience is a plus but not required

This role will play an integral part in the day-to-day accounting operations with opportunities to work on other projects as we continue to grow. The AP Specialist will interact with individuals from across the organization worldwide and from different departments and should have a friendly and professional attitude.

Responsibilities include:

You should have

This role is based in the San Francisco Bay Area, and the expected base salary range for this position is as shown below. The actual base pay is dependent upon a variety of job-related factors such as professional background, training, work experience, business needs and market demand. Therefore, in some circumstances, the actual salary could fall outside of this expected range. This pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future. All full-time employees are also eligible for equity compensation and for benefits.

Compensation Package

$95,000 - $115,000 USD Base Salary + Pre-IPO Stock Options
