CivAll helps local governments cut costs by consolidating vendors into single platform

CivAll by Social News Desk is helping local governments consolidate legacy software vendors through a unified platform for managing websites, social media and compliance archiving. The solution allows municipalities to replace multiple vendor contracts with a single platform and US-based support team. Many local governments rely on disconnected software products that require overlapping subscriptions and multiple support relationships. CivAll addresses this by providing automated archiving across all digital channels and centralised public records compliance as part of its core platform rather than separate add-ons. The platform enables communications staff to publish across channels simultaneously, whilst IT departments manage one vendor relationship instead of several. Records teams can access a single searchable archive, and city leaders gain unified visibility into community engagement whilst reducing total software costs.
