Requirements
  • 5+ years of full cycle recruiting experience in high growth, scaling companies (experience in healthcare or technology focused companies strongly preferred)
  • At least 2 years experience hiring, mentoring and building high performing recruiting teams
  • Demonstrated experience sourcing candidates and building recruiting strategies internationally (UK recruiting experience highly preferred)
  • Demonstrated experience with deploying creative sourcing techniques, and a proven track record of building a pipeline and engaging talent/ hiring for roles ranging from admin to executive level
  • Knowledge of HR law, principles and practices including knowledge of state and federal regulations and laws
  • Prior experience with ATS and HRIS systems (Lever preferred)
  • Strong verbal and and written communication skills with unwavering attention to detail
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously and complete projects within specified deadlines
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and use discretion when handling sensitive information
Responsibilities
  • Develop and operationalize recruiting processes that emphasizes quality, diversity, and efficiency to drive Big Health's talent acquisition strategy
  • Own full cycle hiring across all levels and functions while consulting hiring managers on all HR-related matters (e.g. compliance, compensation, leveling guidelines, etc)
  • Manage and develop a team of recruiters to implement creative sourcing strategies that attracts candidates at all levels of the organization and partner with business leaders to anticipate future needs
  • Establish and embed ED&I recruiting best practices and provide program management support to operationalize ED&I initiatives based on the hiring needs the business
  • Establish and monitor recruitment metrics to assess recruiting effectiveness and make data-driven decisions
  • Cultivate a strong employer brand that aligns with Big Health's overall branding strategy and helps attract top talent to the organization. Promote Big Health's vision, culture, and career opportunities to the professional community via networking, conference attendance, social media, and career event
  • Proactively stay on top of market trends and incorporate learnings and best practices into the recruiting processes
  • Identify and integrate recruitment tools and technologies to enhance recruiting quality and effectiveness
  • Serve as the primary admin for recruiting systems/tools, manage TA vendor relationships, and maintain data integrity to ensure adherence to all compliance requirements
  • Own relationship management with external staffing partners
