Graduate or Postgraduate degree in a relevant field
7 to 20 years of relevant experience in custody operations and Fund Services.
Ability to identify root cause of problem by deep diving in issues/incidents and present it appropriately to senior management

Responsibilities
Manage and lead a team of 120-150 members involved in Strong Knowledge of Capital Markets with domain expertise
Identify and mitigate risks associated with operations, implementing robust risk management strategies and processes.
Develop and implement effective escalation management procedures to address and resolve operational issues promptly.
Should be experienced in managing processes transitions, critical activities migration, risk assessment of onboarding tasks
Participate in regular operations governance and ensure accurate and timely Management Information mechanism
Manage pre-defined Service Level Agreements and ensure smooth delivery.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to streamline processes, enhance operational efficiency, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in AI and its applications in capital markets, and explore opportunities to leverage AI for process optimization and innovation.
Manage and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and service level agreements (SLAs) to ensure adherence to operational standards and targets.
