Requirements
  • At least 3 years of experience in UX Writing or Content Design for digital products, including complex web or mobile applications.
  • Strong ability to produce clear, concise, empathetic, inclusive, and accessible content.
  • Proficiency with Figma, including Auto Layout, components, and collaboration with Product Designers.
  • Strong UX knowledge covering Agile methods, user research, information architecture, and usage metrics.
  • Strong synthesis, interpersonal, and collaborative abilities to defend editorial decisions and work effectively with multidisciplinary teams.
Responsibilities
  • Write and optimize microcopy throughout the user journey, including forms, error messages, calls to action, onboarding, notifications, and tooltips.
  • Design text directly in Figma mockups and prototypes from the UX exploration phase.
  • Define, expand, and enforce the product editorial style guide and tone of voice across features.
  • Create and maintain a Content System containing reusable content libraries and text components in coordination with the Design System.
  • Participate in user testing, A/B testing, and co-design workshops to measure wording clarity and its impact on conversion and usage.
  • Collaborate with Marketing and Copywriting teams to ensure a smooth transition between brand messaging and the in-product experience.
  • Promote Content Design practices across multidisciplinary teams and document best practices.
