  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field.
  • 3+ years of experience as a Product or Business Analyst in ERP, Salesforce, or POS environments.
  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce Revenue Cloud (CPQ, Billing, Revenue Recognition).
  • Familiarity with POS systems and their integration with CRM and ERP platforms.
  • Strong understanding of revenue operations, retail sales processes, and financial systems.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Responsibilities
  • Partner with Finance, Sales, Retail, and IT teams to gather and document business requirements across ERP, Revenue Cloud, and POS systems.
  • Analyze and optimize order-to-cash, billing, and revenue recognition processes across Salesforce and ERP platforms (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
  • Support the implementation and enhancement of POS systems integrated with Salesforce and ERP.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to configure, test, and deploy Salesforce CPQ, Billing, and Revenue Recognition modules.
  • Ensure data consistency and integrity across Salesforce, ERP, and POS systems through integration and validation efforts.
  • Develop reports, dashboards, and KPIs to monitor system performance and business outcomes.
  • Stay informed on Salesforce and POS platform updates and recommend improvements aligned with business goals.
Desired Qualifications
  • Experience with ERP systems like SAP S/4HANA or Oracle Cloud ERP.
  • Experience with POS platforms such as Oracle Retail, Square, or custom retail systems.
  • Salesforce certifications (e.g., CPQ Specialist, Administrator).
  • Experience working in Agile environments using tools like Jira and Confluence.
