Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience working in payments or fintech
  • Built APIs, products, and complex systems at scale
  • Deep understanding of the card issuing and processing ecosystem, including regulations, compliance requirements, and operational complexities
  • Experience working with complex or highly regulated products
  • Ability to drive significant outcomes in a fast-paced environment
  • BA/BS degree
Responsibilities
  • Leverage your card issuing and processing industry experience to plan, implement and launch new card product, and support card growth tactics
  • Conduct in-depth market research and user analysis to identify opportunities for new card products and features
  • Lead the development process from ideation to launch, including requirement gathering, technical specifications, user testing, and launch strategy
  • Facilitate alignment across large groups of stakeholders and drive product strategy for the Credit Card product line
  • Work closely with engineering and design teams to ensure products are built to meet user needs, technical feasibility, and security standards
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to develop go-to-market strategies and drive product adoption amongst various customer segments
  • Partner with operations and risk teams to ensure smooth implementation and ongoing operational efficiency
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and track product performance to measure success, identify areas for improvement, and optimize product offerings
  • Stay up-to-date on emerging technologies and trends in the card issuing and processing landscape
  • Skillfully prioritize and strike a balance between user experience, retailer experience, and platform performance and protection within the ecosystem
