- Be a self starter on a team of highly qualified and knowledgable employees and consultants who have years of SAP BOBJ experience and partner with current team members in the move from BOBJ version 3.1 to BI 4.0.
- Utilize experience in integrating, designing, building, migrating and converting universes into the new BI 4.0 environment from the BOBJ 3.1 environment.
- SAP BOE BI 4.0 is used, with report design tools Crystal Reports BI 4.0, Business Objects Dashboard Design (Xcelsius) BI 4.0.
- Provide critical information to the development staff on the differences between XI3.1 Universes and BI 4.0 Universes.
- Participate in and help lead Best Practices and Development Standards creation for universe design, deployment, conversion & migration from XI3.1 and configuration for the BI 4.0 Environment.
- Utilize experience in BI 4.0 to actively help the team avoid pitfalls and common mistakes when upgrading to BI 4.0.
- Work with the BI team, analysts, architects and management toward the design and development of optimal solutions in the BI 4.0 enviornment.
- WEBI 4.0 experience.

- SAP Business Objects Dashboard Design (Xcelsius) BI 4.0
