CivilGrid provides a cloud-based data platform for the real estate and infrastructure sectors. It aggregates and curates GIS datasets from utilities and agencies, which are regularly updated and validated by users, and makes them instantly accessible to subscribers. The product works by hosting these datasets securely in the cloud and delivering real-time data to clients (developers, engineers, construction firms, and utility professionals) for tasks like project due diligence, planning, estimating, and drafting. CivilGrid differentiates itself through direct partnerships with utilities and agencies to obtain current GIS data, user-driven data validation, and a tailored experience that accelerates decision-making while reducing drafting and planning time.
