Requirements
  • Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or related field
  • Active and unrestricted clinical license (e.g., Licensed Professional Counselor, Licensed Clinical Social Worker, Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist)
  • Demonstrated expertise with Integrated Treatment for Co-Occurring Disorders (ITCD) model and evidence-based practices for dual diagnosis such as Motivational Interviewing
  • Valid driver’s license and willingness to use personal vehicle for client transport
  • Experience with group facilitation and community outreach
  • Comfortable with electronic health record systems and case documentation
Responsibilities
  • Provide hands-on clinical supervision and field support with team members
  • Engage directly with clients for support (to include transportation as needed/clinically appropriate)
  • Facilitate group sessions in community settings to promote engagement and stability
  • Lead integrated treatment planning and care coordination in collaboration with Qualified Mental Health Professionals (ITCD Specialist), peer specialists, case managers, providers and nursing staff
  • Ensure treatment fidelity and quality based on Integrated Treatment for Co-Occurring Disorders (ITCD) principles as identified from Department of Mental Health
  • Conduct regular documentation reviews and progress audits to guide clinical decision-making
  • Champion trauma-informed and person-centered care approaches across the team
  • Cultivate partnerships with local community resources and supports
