Requirements
  • Must be an active-duty U.S. service member eligible to participate in the Department of War SkillBridge Program.
  • Must meet all applicable service-specific SkillBridge requirements.
  • Must receive approval through the appropriate chain of command before the program start date.
  • Must be within the authorized SkillBridge transition window before separation or retirement.
Responsibilities
  • Support all phases of the project lifecycle, from planning and execution through monitoring and closeout.
  • Coordinate project activities across planning, landscape architecture, and geographic information systems disciplines.
  • Assist with developing and tracking project scopes, schedules, and budgets.
  • Support cost tracking, forecasting, and earned value management activities.
  • Assist with contract administration, consultant coordination, and procurement activities, including public-sector contracts.
  • Help implement project quality standards and participate in quality reviews.
  • Prepare project status updates and reports for internal teams and government clients.
  • Maintain accurate project documentation in accordance with company and federal requirements.
  • Support client and stakeholder communication to ensure timely issue resolution.
  • Collaborate with technical leads and discipline managers to support staffing and workload coordination.

  • Strong oral and written communication skills, with the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a project team.
  • Ability to interact with clients, project team, vendors, and other external groups in a professional manner.
  • Demonstrates a strong desire to expand knowledge and take on new responsibilities within the field.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook, and Microsoft Project or Primavera.
