Requirements
  • 4-year college degree or equivalent work experience
  • 2+ years mutual fund operations or related experience
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and Access
Responsibilities
  • Liaison between Dealer back office, Dealer Sales reps, AB sales force, and ABIS Operations.
  • Manage open items and provide specialized support to intermediaries as needed. Create and maintain of daily trade confirmations to assigned firms as needed.
  • Coordinate the processing of trades, corrections and other account activity as needed.
  • Process NSCC & Canadian FundSERV rejects.
  • Establish, maintain, and update Dealer Profiles.
  • Develop and present information related to AB International initiatives and funds.
  • Handle Dealer and AB sales force service inquiries and problem resolution.
  • Monitor for trends from intermediaries and other internal clients such as ABI sales force.
  • Prepare procedure documentation as needed.
  • Support monthly MAR reporting.
  • Perform additional responsibilities as needed, based on department requirements
