  • 10+ years of experience in sales, delivery, and/or practice leadership within the IT services industry.
  • 5+ years of experience with Financial Services.
  • Proficient in leveraging AI technologies to drive innovation, support strategic initiatives, and enable data-driven decision-making.
  • Possesses a strong understanding of AI capabilities, limitations, and ethical considerations.
  • Deep understanding of leading and delivering successful consulting engagements.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to lead discussions with both business and technical leaders, navigating organizational hurdles and influencing key stakeholders.

Responsibilities
  • Serve as a client champion - demonstrating knowledge about our clients, their business and customers.
  • Develop and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with key clients, serving as the primary point of contact and trusted advisor.
  • Understand clients' business objectives, challenges, and industry trends to provide tailored consulting solutions that drive value.
  • Ensure client satisfaction through regular communication, performance reviews, and proactive issue resolution.
  • Demonstrate a passion for growth and how Perficient partners with our clients to drive results.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within existing and prospective clients to expand our consulting services footprint.
  • Lead proposal development, including crafting customized solutions and presenting to client executives.
  • Achieve or exceed sales targets and contribute to the overall revenue growth of the organization.
  • Partner with sellers to drive overall sales targets and grow accounts.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deliver innovative consulting solutions that meet client needs.
  • Provide strategic guidance to clients on best practices, industry benchmarks, and emerging trends.
  • Oversee the successful execution of consulting engagements, ensuring quality, timeliness, and alignment with client expectation.
  • Foster a culture of excellence and continuous improvement
  • Lead by example, demonstrating strong leadership, ethical behavior, and a commitment to client success.

  • Stay abreast of the Charlotte area developments, competitive landscape, and market trends to inform strategic decision-making.
