Requirements
  • 10+ years in technology product sales, go-to-market, or business development roles, with a focus on the federal government market
  • Proven track record of selling into federal agencies, particularly the DoD or national security organizations, both directly and via channel partners
  • In-depth knowledge of federal procurement processes, compliance requirements, and security standards for sensitive and classified environments
  • Extensive experience in AI, data analytics, or enterprise software, with a strong understanding of the challenges and opportunities of deploying these technologies in mission-critical environments
  • Familiarity with integrating AI solutions into legacy systems of record to unlock operational efficiency, productivity, and decision-making insights
  • Expertise in leveraging AI technologies to address complex challenges within federal agencies, including DoD and national security organizations
  • Strong understanding of the evolving AI landscape, including emerging trends, tools, and frameworks relevant to high-security environments
  • US Citizenship is required due to US Government contract requirements
Responsibilities
  • Own the full revenue lifecycle across federal and commercial segments
  • Develop and execute an enterprise sales strategy aligned with Legion’s mission to connect AI with mission-critical systems
  • Achieve revenue, retention, and channel targets by expanding Legion’s presence across key government and enterprise accounts
  • Grow and enable channel sales partnerships to drive market penetration
  • Lead the design and implementation of go-to-market strategies for Legion’s secure AI solutions tailored to customer needs
  • Partner with marketing and product teams to position Legion as the premier AI platform in high-security environments
  • Build and nurture relationships with senior stakeholders within federal agencies, including the DoD and national security organizations
  • Collaborate with technology and go-to-market partners to deliver transformative solutions that enhance legacy systems with AI
  • Identify and pursue growth opportunities within the federal sector and target enterprise verticals, leveraging Legion’s unique value proposition in secure, scalable AI integration
  • Build and manage a high-performing business development team
  • Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and excellence
Desired Qualifications
  • Experience with AI, data analytics, or enterprise software solutions is a strong advantage
  • Active security clearance or the ability to obtain one is preferred
