Compensation Overview

Shipt, Inc. seeks a full-time Engineer (Front End) based in San Francisco, CA. Duties include collaborate closely with product leadership, designers, and engineers (spread out geographically) to build and maintain the shopper app This position requires a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Engineering, or related STEM field (foreign equivalent accepted) and 2 years of experience in proffered position or similar position relating to frontend development (e.g., Software Developer, Application Developer, Software Engineer, Software Architect, Software Engineer). Work experience must also include at least 1 year of experience with the following: (1) React; (2) React Native; (3) App development (iOS, Android, or other hybrid mobile); (4) Web development; and (5) working with testing frameworks (e.g., Jest, React Native Testing Library, Detox). Salary: $135,283 to $149,463/year. This position is hybrid. A candidate may work from the company’s San Francisco address or from the candidate’s home address, which must be within commuting distance (which can include the San Jose – Sunnyvale - Santa Clara CA area), as authorized by a manager.
