Responsibilities
  • Hire, train, and develop a high-performing SDR team
  • Lead with empathy and ambition—motivating your team to exceed goals
  • Coach SDRs on outbound strategy, messaging, and objection handling
  • Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Revenue Operations to optimize lead flow and pipeline conversion
  • Analyze performance data to identify opportunities for process and productivity improvements
  • Set clear expectations, create career development paths, and support growth for early-career sales professionals
  • Represent and champion Monograph’s culture, values, and mission
  • Roll up your sleeves—this is a player/coach role in a startup environment
