CCC Intelligent Solutions provides AI-powered software and digital workflows that connect auto insurers with collision repair shops. Its platform builds a standardized database of vehicle parts and labor information to automate and streamline collision-damage estimates and the broader claims process. The product works by linking insurers and repair shops through a shared data network; it uses that data to generate accurate, consistent estimates and guide the end-to-end claims and repair workflow, from initial assessment to payment. The company differentiates itself through its large, data-rich network—more users make the platform more valuable for everyone involved—creating a strong network effect and infrastructure that powers the auto claims ecosystem. Its goal is to redefine the auto claims experience by expanding AI-driven, digital workflows across the industry, making claims faster, more accurate, and easier for both insurers and repair shops.
