SOL Mental Health is an integrated mental health provider that delivers therapy and psychiatry through both in-person offices and virtual telehealth appointments. Its licensed therapists and psychiatric nurse practitioners work collaboratively to offer individual, family, group, and couples therapy plus psychiatric diagnosis and medication management for adults, children, and adolescents, often with same-day or next-day availability. Patients schedule visits, message their care team, and attend video or in-office sessions through the company's app, and it is in-network with major insurers. What sets SOL apart is its coordinated therapist-and-psychiatrist model, a digital-first patient experience, and a local presence in Colorado, Maryland, New York, Virginia, and Washington, D.C., alongside nationwide virtual care. The goal is to make compassionate, affordable mental health care more accessible to the communities it serves.
