Requirements
  • 2 or more years of work experience with a Bachelor’s Degree or an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD, or PhD)
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze processes, identify inefficiencies, recommend and implement solutions.
  • Demonstratable excellent written, oral, and visual communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize effectively, and adapt to changing business needs.
  • Strong analytical and research skills, with the ability to synthesize complex information into actionable insights.
  • Experience with Generative AI tools and their application in business process automation.

Responsibilities
  • Lead initiatives to identify inefficiencies in product workflows and implement Generative AI-powered solutions to enhance productivity, collaboration, and operational outcomes.
  • Build and refine automated processes that reduce manual tasks, improve quality, and accelerate deliverable timelines across teams.
  • Assist in managing the end-to-end PLM process for debit products, ensuring compliance with Visa requirements and timely completion of all lifecycle stages.
  • Partner with product managers, operations, and technology teams to design and implement AI-driven tools that improve communication and information sharing.
  • Conduct targeted research on market trends, competitive products, regulatory updates, and emerging technologies to inform debit product strategies.
  • Analyze operational and product performance data to identify opportunities for product improvements, cost savings, and market differentiation.
  • Support the rollout of new tools and processes, providing training and ensuring adoption across teams.
  • Maintain a backlog of process improvement opportunities, track their impact, and continuously refine AI-enabled workflows to adapt to evolving business needs.
  • Prepare and deliver clear, concise updates for leadership and stakeholders in a well written effective way.
Desired Qualifications
  • 3 or more years of work experience with a Bachelor’s Degree or more than 2 years of work experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD)
  • Experience in the payments or related industry.
  • Familiarity with the Product Management discipline.
  • Experience with process mapping and workflow design.
  • Familiarity with data analysis tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, SQL) is a plus.
