Responsibilities
  • Establish a robust framework to lead the multiyear modernization program across all the products and geographies in scope
  • Managing a large scale banking platform transformation project across multiple countries
  • Develop roles, responsibilities, and structure team to ensure greatest impact, efficient use of resource, and alignment to business structures
  • Establish strong governance on capability and scope definition as well as a Business Design Authority forum to monitor and track functional decisions.
  • Identify ways to streamline the platform and architecture while collaborating with other Operations & Technology teams to align technology solutions to standards.
  • Influence and negotiate with senior leaders across functions and communicate with external parties as necessary.
  • Hold end-to-end ownership of key program decisions, including end to end solution, interactions between the core banking platform and partners.
  • Lead the execution through an agile approach in close partnership with the Product
  • Manage regulatory agenda in line with broader business goals and work with other key Information Technology (IT) and business stakeholders to ensure consistent delivery and prioritization of initiatives
  • Deliver cost savings and greater efficiency through innovation, process improvement, simplification of the technology stack and strategic outsourcing, and vendor partnerships
  • Drive culture change to foster a holistic end-to-end view of business flows
  • Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency, as well as effectively supervise the activity of others and create accountability with those who fail to maintain these standards.
