Requirements
  • Minimum 8 years B2B marketing experience primarily in lifecycle related roles, ideally at fast growing companies with high data and analytical rigor
  • Knowledge of CRM & email systems, attribution models, and lead scoring
  • Strong analytical background with an exceptional ability to draw key insights from both quantitative and qualitative data
  • Critical lens for audiences and the ability to quickly and accurately turn generalized insights to actions
  • You like to build - you enjoy the process of going from problem to solution regardless of the medium
  • You are a storyteller and can weave complex ideas into meaningful narratives with ease
Responsibilities
  • Accountable owner for the journey of prospects to customers and beyond at Ramp driving a multi-channel, multi-touch, program
  • Develop and build a team to create a best-in-class lifecycle marketing program
  • Advocate for the customer across stages, channels and products working with multiple teams within Marketing and outside of Marketing as well as the leadership team
  • Lead creation of marketing campaigns that speak to a unique understanding of the customer and Ramp's value proposition to them
  • Establish and expand customer marketing efforts for new products and into new markets and industry segments
  • Leverage experimentation and insights from Growth Marketing and other teams around the company for Lifecycle
  • Able to be data fluent to understand the efficacy of strategies and tactics for improving acquisition, activation, and engagement metrics
  • Understand deeply and influence the product roadmap based on insights by building strong relationships with our product teams
  • Work closely with operational and technical teams to evolve the technology stack of team
  • Collaborate with Brand design, Product Marketing, Content, Comms and other marketing teams on campaigns and content and creative generation while establishing and maintain a high bar for execution
Desired Qualifications
  • Experience managing consultants, agencies, and vendors
  • Fundamental HTML and CSS background, especially email marketing best practices
  • Familiarity with SQL and database analysis
  • Management consulting background
  • Experience in high-growth startups and/or high-growth technology companies
