Responsibilities
  • Build and maintain database architecture, including a continuously updated national voter file.
  • Build predictive models of voter and consumer behavior, including candidate and party preference, issue support, persuadability, and turnout.
  • Develop and implement new approaches to improve model predictiveness based on independently developed hypotheses.
  • Build and maintain tooling to automate analysis workflows for data and research projects, including automated deliverable creation, modeling, data quality assurance, and artificial intelligence analysis of survey responses.
  • Suggest and build solutions that improve organizational efficiency and speed to insight using engineering skills and artificial intelligence development tools.
  • Produce advanced statistical analysis deliverables, including cluster analysis, persuasion and switch models, and outputs based on complex or experimental survey methods.
  • Reimagine existing platforms and build next-generation artificial-intelligence-enabled survey research and analysis tools.
  • Process raw survey data into standardized formats for analysis across platforms.
  • Develop and execute weighting plans and automated weighting systems.
  • Produce frequency tables, crosstabs, and statistical significance testing outputs.
  • Maintain combined survey files integrating multiple waves and data sources for longitudinal analysis.
  • Reconcile and append voter-file variables and other external data.
  • Develop fielding and pacing strategies to ensure balanced quota fill and high-quality response collection.
  • Design and implement complex demographic quota structures, including strategies for hard-to-reach groups.
  • Apply safeguards to ensure high survey data quality.
  • Coordinate reconciliation with vendors to ensure accuracy in billing and disposition data.
